Paper packaging is developing towards multi-function
The General Guidelines for Green Food Packaging, which have been implemented in China, clearly stipulate that foamed polystyrene, polyurethane and other materials are not allowed to be used in plastic products for packaged food; that the outer packaging of green food should indicate the instructions for the use and reuse of materials, the instructions for recycling and the signs of green food; and that the printing and packaging of green food should be non-toxic in its ink or adhesive for labeling. And they should not be directly exposed to food.
These standards will fundamentally regulate food packaging, especially green food packaging, in order to improve its safety. The reason why green food packaging is mentioned in particular here is that consumers pay attention to the green food itself, while often neglecting packaging to cause new pollution, so that green food becomes "polluted food".
It has been found in some supermarkets that many vegetables are labeled green food and packed independently according to their weight. However, these packages use degradable fresh-keeping film, but trays are disposable plastic products; many cut fruit platters also use disposable foam plastic mesh wrapping which is harmful to human health; and a considerable number of high-quality rice labeled with green food are also packaged in harmful plastic woven bags.
According to experts, at present, many food bags and trays are made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is not only toxic to human body, but also pollutes the environment after use. For example, some businessmen use a large number of whitened paper for food packaging. In order to improve the whiteness of these papers, most of them are treated with fluorescent whitening agents which are very toxic to human beings and animals. In particular, it is worth pointing out that today there are many businesses likNowadays, people's awareness of environmental protection and health has been enhanced, and the requirement of packaging has become higher and higher. Paper packaging meets the development needs of green packaging, and also solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by packaging waste. Can undertake a variety of food packaging tasks, the future will have better and faster development. At present, food packaging around the world has a good trend of sustained growth. Paper packaging is developing towards several directions of multi-function:
Wet-proof: Spray waterproof material on the surface of paper to make film attached to one or two sides of paper, so that food packaging paper has moisture-proof performance. The paper also has good printing, folding, bonding and other characteristics, and can be used like ordinary paper.
Preservation: After chemical treatment and the addition of selective resin, the paper made from the pulp can keep the baked food fresh.
Temperature Sensing: Artificial fibers which can change color with temperature are added to pulp. Environmental temperature is indicated according to the color change of packaging paper. Food is effectively preserved according to the color change of food packaging bags.
Visualization: After special surface treatment, the surface of the paper is wetted, the paper changes from opaque to transparent. Consumers can see the food in the bag without unpacking, and it can also play a role in avoiding light in the dry state.
Edible: Edible packaging paper is extracted from vegetables and shells, which is convenient for consumers and avoids environmental pollution caused by packaging waste.
Sterilization and Antisepsis: Pulp is injected with sterilization or antisepsis materials, so that paper packaging can prevent bacteria from invading and delay food deterioration.
Other functional food packaging paper, as well as water, oil, acid, deodorization and other special materials.
