1. Spot color overprint

Spot color printing is a very common way of printing. It should be noted that the place where the spot color and spot color or four colors intersect need to be embossed, otherwise the printing may appear inaccurate and color leakage. However, the black content can not be embossed, because the black content can be directly pressed to cover the color.

2. The picture is in RGB mode

RGB mode picture cannot be used for printing! When RGB mode picture output, rip system will automatically convert it to CMYK mode output. But the packing box manufacturer can not print the bright color under RGB mode, and the finished product effect is very poor. Therefore, the design document must be carried out in CMYK mode. If you want to scan the manuscript, you should also go through the process of color correction before the picture can be used. Many friends in PS do not care about RGB and CMYK format.

3. Four color black

Four color black is also a common problem. It refers to the black produced by C / M / Y / K four kinds of ink. Under normal circumstances, black should only use K ink. If it is four-color black, the quality of the printed product may not reach the desired effect. (Note: when RGB is converted to CMYK, the black text will definitely become four color black.
